Jennifer Chairge, FNP-BC
Founder
Meet Jenn
Jennifer Chairge is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a rich background in family and integrative medicine, as well as outpatient mental health. She founded The NeuroNest Collective with a vision of care that is layered, collaborative, and compounding—just like a nest. Jennifer believes that wellness is most powerful when it is comprehensive, root-cause focused, and tailored to each individual. She works to break down barriers to care and to create a space where patients feel supported, seen, and understood.
Jennifer is passionate about getting to know each patient as a whole person—understanding their story, their background, and their unique needs—and crafting treatment plans that reflect their individuality. Her approach is warm, thoughtful, and evidence-based, with a philosophy that invites patients to “come as you are” and grow toward their best health, step by step.
When she isn’t providing care, Jennifer cherishes time with her family—her husband CJ, their daughter Sophia, and their four beloved dogs: Tank, Geno, Tato, and Tilly. These moments of connection fuel her commitment to creating nurturing, intentional care for every patient who walks through the doors of The NeuroNest Collective.
Rooted in care. Grown in connection.
